Well my other thread lost focus when I changed my mind, lol. Anyway, some of you know that I am a Logistics graduate, and I work in my field. I want to start doing a little international business (sourcing). I am still learning the in's and out's of importing to the U.S., but I am certain I got it down to a decent science. Most of you all here are involved in the technology field in some way or another. Many are in the car field, as well as, general business. Think hard about some product(s) that is not readily available in the United States that could be marketed here. Also, think about current products that are priced too high (minus out fuel, lol!). ANYTHING, literally, anything is possible. I am sourcing lots of manufactures and wholesalers abroad and narrowing them down by median cost, initial order quantities, and reputation. All input is greatly appreciated!
I have a import/export guru friend who authors on sourcejuice.com, check out that site. He is living in Shenzen, China at the moment
I agree 100%, but the "knock-off" market seems to be winning. Seems people are getting cheaper by the dozen, lol. I need to get on the car boards more and research the current vendors adverstising JDM, or Factory JDM options. Thanks!
I'd be willing to colaborate with you on some ideas. I am just begining to operate my Marketing company called Movement Marketing and Corr Designs. My primary focus is on the constantly changing motorsports markets and the emerging 'Green' market. But i have always had a curiosity in the import export business; especially after meeting and talking to many successfull folks in that area.
