I never really was a big Beer drinker until my wife started working a Taco Mac, and experimenting with different beers. Now I'm a big fan of as you said "Big Flavor/Big mouth feel" beer.

If you go to the brewery. Pick me up a theobroma. I would like to try that, a Palo Santo Marron, and a Liquor de Malt. I don't think you will find the the de Malt, but hey it's worth a shot.
I dont know if they have the Theobrama yet, I know they didnt when I was up there a month ago. The Palo Santo Marron can be found at Greens I believe, I know one of my friends showed up with some to a party a few weeks back.
