so, I just picked up a brake upgrade set up for mah car and would love some help installing everything. It should be a smooth, easy install, but will need help with the brake flush and bleeding...is anyone free to help me tommorrow or sunday? My brakes are about completely shot now and I need to get these done before my trip on weds! TIA!
If I can get my rotors turned I will help. My pads are done, but I have a set of Axxis Ultimates awaiting install. Wheres this going down?
we could do it in the warehouse at my job in Tucker, or we can find someone with a garage to work out of...we've got the tools here at work
If I get my crossover pipe today, and installed, I will help. Maybe there is a shop near there that can turn my rotors?
Matt, Does your shop have something that will work as a bushing press? If you help me install some bushings I'll be happy to come help with your brakes.
Matt, No, it doesn't, it's not that kind of shop. I'm going to be doing them tomorrow at a garage in Marietta.
That's cool, I think I'll have to rig something out of a c-clamp and pipe. PM me with a location and I'll come help anyway.
clear cookies, restart the phone. worked for me. however new threads is screwed up (formatted for gay phones). site admin sux and won't fix it
Matt, Check out these links about bleeding the ABS http://www.iwsti.com/forums/braking/95155-i-m-stumped-brake-problems.html (post #15) http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?p=20526989&highlight=abs#post20526989 (again post #15, and he links to the other thread) Sounds like you do this a few times then bleed as normal.
