Sold the 05 LGT and got this, this weekend. She's in need of a good stage 2 Siegel tune!;)
Regardless of what you hear about the new 08's, they are great in every way in my opinion. And this is coming from a current 05 STI owner.:)

Good color combo! Still looks a little too much like a minivan for my tastes tho.

  6. SUPER JEALOUS

I agree about liking the new STI over the older one.
Of course I would have gotten black with gold, but thats me.

Is that a stock tint job, or did you get it tinted right off the lot? :D

Pretty much right off the lot.:)
They ONLY offer gold BBS's on white and blue now. Not sure why they changed.

BadAss! White is my favorite color simply becuase you can't see minor blemishes and dings and it's the cheapest color to ensure. Nice Job! SS first mod definitely!

So you went from a car that I wanted a lot to a car that I want even more?!?! How does the wife like the new ride? How does it compare to the Legacy, besides needing Scott's help?

The wife loves it! To me, it is a perfect combination of a STI and a Legacy GT. The 08 STI is better in EVERY way compared to the LGT. The only thing that I would change about it would be I'd add heated seats and do away with the hill assist. This car will be much better at stage 2 than my 05 was at that point. Did I say that the wife loves it?;)

Congrats man! Although your other car is obviously far sexier (I mean ridiculously so), I'm sure this one won't disappoint. :)

Nice! Did you remove the light assemblies or just use a ton of tape?

I removed the light assemblies. Takes all of about 10 minutes to do.
