    was it you I saw totsubo? i saw (presumeably) you waiting to take a left on PIB out of the dealership and i was thinking damn he'll never get out!

    I made the following mod this morning:
    I removed the dealer plate frame.
    I use a sharpie and blacked out the name of the dealer ship.
    Replaced the dealer plate frame with "Darkside"...

    My next mod is to remove all the emblems and put an "SiR" emblem on it and a "Mugen Power" sticker, just get those Honda guys back.

    Oh, did you want the AP1 stock shocks and springs (plus after market springs) for that AP2 I had? Sell them to you cheap.

    I need to make space in my garage. Damn GT-R is wide.

    I went by the Nissan dealer on Pleasant Hill 2 days ago, and they had a new GTR in, but it was in the service department getting a new transmission. The salesperson told me that the service tech took it for a joy ride when it came in, and blew the transmission up. Buyer beware if anyone is looking to get one from them...

    I did not pay $25K over MSRP. I am guessing that they are still asking for around that much in Atlanta though.

    I have been daily driving mine. I have seen a lot of STI guys out there. I have a picture of a black STI in the parking lot at Roswell RD and Johnson Ferry in the Home Depot parking lot. I got to upload it tomorrow.

    I spoke with the guys at Gwinnett Place Nissan and they told me that the GTR was a customer's car that blew a dif. They said that the person had a COBB Access Port and did two Launch Controls while in motion. His black box reading showed he was at 30 PSI "all day". According to the dealer, his dif disintegrated. I am guessing the dif they are talking about is the one under the front engine... since the transmission is in the rear.

    BTW, I got my COBB AP last Thursday.

    I bought it so I can program in "Valet Mode". Not to increase the PSI. eheheheh

    I heard a shop was letting people do launches in their new GTR and broke the tranny in 30 min. Could have been the one at the dealership?
