Ok as you guys know i have a '97 Impreza L. I am curious what needs to happen to make '02 WRX suspension swap to my car? also what about brakes. i've removed and installed brakes countless times, but never converted sizes/drums to discs (rear) will i need anything else to make this happen?

    thanks in advance,

    -Jake

Everything will bolt in flawlessly if you transfer everything over. With a wrx suspension your car will look like a pickup truck though.

even a lowered (prodrive springs) suspension? Gonna do the brake conversion and wrx stock wheels too

well, its "free" so i'll make it work.

i plan on eventually getting coilovers. just the shocks and brakes are completely shot on the L right now.

The fabricated piece spreads the load move evenly than three washers would.

I thought to put the wrx struts on a coupe you had to drill a hole up top for the rears? My plan was to buy GC coilovers and mate with everything else from the wrx.

You gotta switch the rear tophats from the GC on there

yeah I planned on picking up a spring compressor at autozone onthe way over there. I've done enough spring swaps and we have enoguh help that it shouldn't be an issue
