I was on egay.com and came across this nice looking setup. Its a great price, but i don't want to buy this shit, and than have problems in 2 months. What you guys think, is it worth it.

If i buy this setup, im also buying cobb access port v2 and have TopSpeed install the exhaust,dp,up,and give me a tune for stg.2

So, should i go for it?

ive heard good things about the set up. i think its a good place to save some money, that way you can put what you save into more expensive parts like turbo's etc..

May means that it will probably not fit. Even good high end companies have fitment problems. They work very hard to try and fix them. These guys just put "MAY" in their add and tell you to fix it. I would get the good stuff.

Does not fit and you are paying TWICE what you can find that same system for elsewhere on ebay.

Get the ERZ downpipe and catback. It fits much better.

im currently trying to find a combo of ERZ downpipe,up pipe and catback. I saw on NOSIAC dude paid like 250 for all that, and he said he is satisfied with the performance.

If anyone knows a web site i can order the combo, please post it up.

well i gave up on looking for it,i guess im not google quality.

I came across this combo tho, dp,catback exhaust for 299 and i have some what up sitting here.

Wonder why they have flex pipe on their down pipe...seems odd.

Yeah the flex is usually on the midpipe...........sketchy

if its after the transmission bracket, its virtually the same as having it in the center pipe. That particular TBE will not interchange DPs/catbacks from toher systems. Kinda like buying an APS TBE or TXS TBE w/out the catback adapter and their spec'd catback.

    Or a JDM spec exhaust.

Buy a nice downpipe and a nice exhaust. Sometimes its worth it to save up and get the good stuff

Go with used quality/brand named parts if your trying to save cash... I got my Helix catted DP/Perrin single tip for $600 and couldn't be happier..

The metal straps welded on as mounts look like crap. Makes me wonder about how the rest of it is built.

i had/have the same exhaust on my old '02 the fitment sucks, but i had an exhaust shop put it on so they made it fit fine. i (and the new owner (sharpe)) have had 0 issues with the exhaust. but i also paid about 100 or so bucks less shipped for the exact same setup.
