OK Ive been searching for a while now and can't find any reliable information.

    1. What size speakers do I need for my front and back door speakers? 2002 Wrx

    2. I need a DIY or some instructions to install them.

    3. Anything I should know before doing this? Anything at all about any of it will help. Door-depth, wiring, tools neede, etc. etc.

    Thanks in advance!

    6.5" front, 5.25" rear IIRC

you will probably need a spacer. most people don't change the rears. the OEM bolt pattern is retarded hence the need for a spacer

you'll need uh, some wire and strippers and crimpers (duh). I would recommend running an amp and some component speakers with a crossover

    check out crutchfield.com

You can choose your exact vehicle and they will only show you the speakers that will fit; they will also send you everything you need to complete the install for free...with directions!

Also look for specials in the "scratch & dent" section. I got a set of Boston Accoustics for the rear for $45 dollars.

If you decide to order, I have a $20 off coupon for ya! to crutchfield.

P.S. they also sell exhaust systems!

like what else kind of info? DIY instructions are on scoobymod. hardest part is not breaking the trim piece around the door handle

don't forget the lack of depth our doors have. 2 3/4 is about as deep as you can go with some 1/2 or more spacers.

you can use 6.5 and 5.25" if you use spacers. wouldn't bother with the rears IMO

    FTZ ^.^

Direct fit is 5.25" front and rear, however with spacers you can fit 6.5" in the front at least.

If you need help installing, let me know. I would be more than happy to help you install speakers. It's really, really easy.
