I have a friend who just purchased a 2005 Silver Sti with the bronze sti wheels from a local Chevrolet dealership. The dealership not sure which Chevrolet dealership, but I think one in Gwinnett county) said the previous owner traded it in (on a vette I think). I was just trying to see if it was anyone on here so I could see what all was done to it and get some background on the car. I know it has a divorced wastegate downpipe, turbo back exhaust, possibly an up pipe, can't tell, a perrin EBCS, possibly had a JDM water tank or a meth kit in the trunk at some point as it looks like there are water lines run back there (as well as an imprint of something having been bolted to the rear seat) and the stock intake box was removed and replaced at some point. If anyone knows anything about this car, let me know. I am sure my friend will be joining up on the forums at some point and might have some more info.
i think i remember the sti from the dealership... my buddy went and looked at a vette from there and the sti was the first thing i saw...
sti's have the intercooler sprayers mounted in the trunk to the back ofthe seat. If it's not there then it was removed. Perhaps he had a front mount on there and had no need for it??? And what bronze wheels? Never saw factory bronze wheels
So it is possible he just had the Jdm one installed at some time then. The countour of the imprint kinda looks like the jdm tank. So no one knows who owned the car? Yes, gold wheels. Whatever color you want to call the stock Sti wheels.
