So my D40 has been ATTACHED TO MY HAND ever since I took it home. Here's a few of the shots I've taken over the past couple days. Just thought I'd share. :)

Btw, I'm officially taking opinions on the bugeye wheels now that I have some decent pictures. :)

I really like the five spoke design better, but you need a bigger wheel to fill those wheel wells.

I like the way they look. I know they look small in photos but they do a lot for the car in person.

I don't plan on rocking them forever, anyway. Just until I can score an awesome deal on a set of rotas or something. No JDM bling for my daily driver. Atlanta streets would eat them very quickly.

Oh and there's the small detail that its my car AND BITCH I DO WHAT I WANT. :)

Yeah I was thinking I could go for the road warrior type look with some huge-assed tires.

Hmm, I like where your head's at. It would be awesome to have no problem popping curbs and not sweating about pot holes.

Oh and paint them black of course :)

Yeah thats one of the things I love about the 16s. Potholes that would have been certain death for my old wheels aren't nearly as much of a problem now. And I have additional set of the same wheels now that are gonna get the duplicolor treatment. I plan on demounting the current tires and painting the entire wheel with a primer, a few coats of black paint and a clear coat. :)

And all terrains would be sweet. :naughty:

they do look good in person.

and yeah some BFG all terrains would be hilarious, yet actually very practical for downtown ATL.
