I've heard a rumor that some people might have had questions about their cars/tunes and for whatever reason haven't called me to chat about it. I've always prided myself on my reputation for being willing to talk at length (during business hours of course) with both long-time customers and even prospective customers that have never spent a dime with me. I happily spend quite a bit of time working with people that might never spend a dollar with me... Please, if you need anything, let me know. That's my cell-phone number in my sig, anytime M-F 9-6, please don't hesitate to call. If I'm on the dyno or working directly with another customer I might not answer, but I almost always call back in the next few hours. Siegel
I can attest to this. Scott has repeatedly gone above beyond and back again many times for me. I've never had any tuning issues until something mechanical caused it which Scott was quick to find and locate with a simple phone or text conversation. Then everytime the tune was back to spot on. SS FTW!
I wish you didn't delete the TS forums......Now all the dyno sheet and research I was doing went poof. :unamused:
SS FTMFW!! Threw a code one time, told him, he emailed me new map and bam good to go! We've even kept each other company in the wee hours of the night while both working via email....haha
Perhaps these people have no ability to communicate, as that is precisely the reason you are my tuner, well I guess a GT mech. engineering degree helps out a bit also.
Scott never answers my calls......:wtc: I stalks him lol. :keke: Seriously though, Scott went above and beyond when it came to getting my car ready for break-in and pointing me in the right direction to achieve my power goals. Top notch :bigthumb:
Scott is the best. He has helped so much for the upcoming swap answering all questions. I really do appreciate it.
