Who wants to give me a hand? I want to get this done next weekend while I am off. Saturday the 31st is the day. Who wants in and has a garage to use? I doubt any of you want to drive up here, but I have no problem driving down to you.

You can swing by the shop one day if you'd like.

I have installed them on a GD before. On the 08 though you have to take a couple of extra trim pieces off.

Alex, I would love to swing by the shop. I just can't make it during the week. I have a pretty messed up work schedule.

I think I am going to take FACE up on his offer. I can get my intercooler painted at the same time. :)

When I installed these I only took off the rear wheels, the fronts you can just turn to gain access. I love the way they look on my car. GL with the install.

Which ones did you get? The basics or the urethane ones?

Do you like them? Will they hold up? Any close up pics of them uninstalled? What's the real difference between the basics and those uber exspensive ones?

For the GD that is right, but for the GH/GR(08 STI and WRX) their are only 2 options. Basics and the UR's.

Basically the UR is flappier and more like the flaps you see on a rally car. The basics are still flexible but not as flexible as the UR. They also offer more colors for the Rally Armor text on the UR versions.

The flaps seem to be work really well. I noticed that virtually no crap is getting on the side of the car. I drove over some areas that were very muddy earlier in the week and saw virtually nothing on the car.
