Any recommendations of a shop that could take a look at my bike rack receiver hitch placement to see if any type of exhaust would even work? I'm looking for just a bit more boxer rumble, not sure if it's even possible out of a 2.5i Stromung seems to have that mellow boxer rumble I like.
Not sure about a shop to look at it. How close is the hitch too the stock exhaust? maybe it would not be an issue. I love stromung myself, had one on my 06. Nice Ride BTW
As far as I am aware, Stromung does not make an exhaust for the 08+ Impreza. If they do and I have not heard about it, then I want to know where I can get it. If they don't, then you will have to have it setup custom for your car anyway.
if it had equal length headers, if would be basically non-existent. The boxer rumble comes from unequal length headers, not the engine design. Common misconception.
Yeah thats what I mean. He doesn't have unequal length headers so it would be hard for him to get the boxer rumble with equal length headers.
