if the a pillar is damaged consider it totaled. Mine was, the initial estimate wasn't enough to total it but they eventually paid out 12k on a car valued at 10k

Glad your OK. Hope they can fix it. There are some really nice Suby's for sale here if they total it out so all is not lost. Still sucks though!
Really glad you made it out ok, but I'm always bummed to hear about people losing their subies. At least you're not at fault and nobody was hurt. Have that aforementioned stiff drink and start shopping for a new car. Depending on the insurance payout you may come out pretty well. I think we all just really want that Evo. Its badass. Who cares if it has a title?
