    I just tweeted American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Barack Obama, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Miley Cyress and all the other dumbasshollywooddipshitsthatmindlessamericawantstobelike..think they will tweet me back?

    Twitter can actually be a pretty useful tool in my experience. It's good for real-time current event searching and, in Top Speed's case, it could be good to announce deals that'd only be good for a very short time or doing contests or something.

    In the end it's really all about raising more awareness and having another venue to connect with customers.

    Comcast does a great job with it using it as a customer service tool, and I've actually read many cases where you get better service from @comcastcares than whatever jerk is in their call center.
