yes... i did slap myself 50,000 times and still i moan about my dumb mistake.. i mean, i know i could have saved a bit more money and bought the RS-3s which would def made me happy, but instead i was sold on $68 a piece price on the kumhos and arghhh... my car feels like shiet... i mean i knew it was going to be a step down, but damn... -end of rant-
Well duh... that's what happens when you go from a summer performance tire to an all season! Especially is the tire has a softer and or taller sidewall it's just like putting softer springs on your car.
I never like the SPT's when I had them on my car. Tires aren't always you buy youre stuck with them. how long have you had them on the car?
haha just put them on today... now i wont feel terrible when i burn rubber because i just want them to run out fast so i can get a new set soon.
i bought them from tirerack... ehh dont have much option now because i paid $120 for mounting and balancing... its not THAT bad, but the lack of straight-line stability and overall grip, along with the numb steering feel really kills it. at least its quiet as hell. but like i said, now i can auto-x without feeling too guilty about my tires hehe.
I called and complained to Tire rack before about tires, they sent me to one of their dealers and paid for the mounting and balancing as well. You should call, they have great customer service. Call and ask for Luke.
