I have had my tanabe gf210 springs sitting in my garage for like 2 years and I think i should finally put them on. I can't find the spring compressors for rent anywhere, is anyone willing to help me? Paging pEd maybe?:sx: Thanks in advance!

I may be able to help. If not you can still borrow them.

I also have a set you can borrow if you need them -- they're the Sears brand :)

I don't currently have any garage space. I can come help at someone else's place though.

If not from sears, you can get them from advance auto or napa. I have borrowed from those places here in duluth recently.

I actually just found some at harbor freight, and they're on sale for $10. It's a pretty sweet deal! Thanks for everyone that wanted to help! I'll try to tackle it this weekend and see how it goes.

ok, ran into the first problem. I pulled the front struts off and got the new springs on but when I went to put everything back on the car the 2 lower strut bolts don't line up at all with the hub anymore. The 2 holes on the struts are a good inch lower than the ones on the hub. I do have the car jacked up only on 1 side, so maybe the swaybar is pushing the hub higher up on that side? HELP?!

ok, figured it out, the sway bar was pushing the jacked up side higher...that'll teach me for always only jacking up 1 side at a time :unamused:.
