This question is open to anyone but I thought King or WJM would probably know the answer.

Is there anything special I need to do when putting a Center Diff back into a 6mt, for some reason I cant seem to get it to slide all the way together, I've tried spinning the input and output shafts etc.... I can see a little plastic thing that moves around inside the hollow transfer gear shaft but I'm not sure if its supposed to move around or not.

This is a Legacy Spec B tranny so No DCCD.

    Thanks in advance.

I couldn't confirm it but I have my suspicions based on pretty reliable source.

It has absolutely nothing to do with SOA watching. SOA has been watching the forums, both here and NASIOC, for years, and they wouldn't have made him stop posting on a site where he helps a lot of people.

Will lives in FL now, he has other things to do than be here...

SOA and other reasons are why I've stopped posting.

You'll likely not see me post...much...ever. I'm only here cuz I'm bored.

slowwrx: Sometimes they are a bitch to get back on the shafts all the way. Same with 5MT. Some slide right on, others, take some 'wiggling' to get them on.
