TiC White STi

There's a white STI with a big "Turn In Concepts" sticker along the side and a set of Works or Rota Torques parked in my hotel parking lot (I'm in Nashville). Does anyone know if this is THE Turn In Concepts car, or just someone repping it hard?

PS, I'm not here for Import Alliance. I just started a new job this past week. But damned if 3 minutes doesn't go by without hearing the drone of a Honda outside.

 

That was the TiC car. It was REALLY well setup.
