I've got a disc conversion to do and an intake manifold to install. I've got a pretty big driveway - enough for maybe 10 cars - but a small garage and not many tools. On the upside, my whole family - myself included - loves to cook, and we have a mondo fridge always stocked with drinks. Anyone interested? I'm thinking the 2nd or 3rd weekend of August.
I have nothing to install until I buy parts but I would be down to help out and lend any tools you need.
wow that's nice of you jason, but i'd need at least a few helping hands and a few dozen beers...:wiggle:
I have plenty of tools, lifting equipment and a fair number of suspension bits to install as well. Unfortunately the weekend of 8/15-16 wont work however.
Jason (420) is experienced he did sean's downpipe. lol but yeah its super itchy and very time consuming. not hard at all tho
Wrapping pipe is easy, just wear gloves and don't touch your eyes. Also, try not to rub your gloved hands on your clothes. I am still picking out strands of Fiberglass from when I wrapped Techlords pipes a couple weeks ago. I can definitely help out depending on when this is going down. I am becoming a master pipe wrapper.
cool! if this install day is on a Sunday that will be perfect. And you can be there (420) it will be even better. Hope you won't mind. Let me know what kind of wrapping I should get and where to get it. Thanks.
THereis a difference between the cheap ebay stuff and quality stuff like Thermotec. Thermotec is much easier to wrap than the cheap ebay stuff.
install day For small projects and sh!t, people are more than welcome to come to my house and work in a closed garage! i have air tools and crap. i have a coil over suspension to put on, if someone wants to help and get paid
