I am not a MSDN subscriber. I have to wait like everyone else.

Me either, when they started charging for our testing I said F that. When you get something for free for 6yrs then they charge you...

    MSDN?

Not been charged for using the beta and rc here, what testing were you doing?

MSDN is the MicroSoft Developers Network. Basically the people that write programs for Windows.

Is the free RC version expiring soon? I love it, and if the full version isn't out yet, this'll suck....

well they used to give the msdn subscription to you when you obtained an mcse but like I said that was probably 15yrs ago. nt 3.51. It was feedback on the RC's. I guess it got too expensive and they started charging.
EDIT:I may be using the wrong terminology as it is not the devolopers network. It may have been msdn subscription back in the day but notning more than a binder with eveything they offered in beta then all the rc's.

WAY lower than that, every request for purchase of VS has it requested...not cheap but not that high.
We do buy more hardware/software than most companies out there.
