about half way through my suspension rebuild: 2003 wrx up to now un-modified. a DD, will not be tracked. goal is to install suspension stuff and keep it at near stock ride height. Currently on stock wheels with OEM size michelins.. ground control complete units, not inserts, ground control front camber plates, group-n rear top hats, whiteline-plus steel ringed bushings in lateral control arms, front big bushing in rear trailing arms, probably a two-piece insert in the rear knuckle because i dont want to remove the hub and disassemble it, whiteline ALK, whiteline steering rack bushings, whiteline-plus bushings in front control arms. once i finish i will need a complete alignment and the camber/caster/toe set up correctly. looking for recommendations on shops that have experience with this type of setup on WRX/STI. im in marietta, north atlanta..
You need to quit while you are ahead. They are in DeKalb County fool. Just got my alignment done yesterday and Jeff is the man when it comes to alignments.
and you are where exactly.. and are you the 'jeff' in below? if you are at SOK then that makes things simple for me.
The KING is all you need per your description of use and he is definitely familiar with your parts. For race setup I would go GTE.
i actually used these guys maybe 15 years ago. they had good rep then. think i bought panasports and had some soft compound tires mounted on a 240z that i had done a lot to. thing is they are a long long ways from me and i know i have to leave the car and come back. i can actually haul my car to SOK, leave it and ride a bike back home (bout 5 miles).
GTE is the only place I will even consider to do alignments on my cars, racecar or street car doesn't matter its going to be GTE doing the alignment
yes im at SOK. bring it on by and ill get your alignmebnt set up however you want it. just let me know
