Anyone want to split a ticket/drive on? My understanding is I have to buy a 2 day pass although I am only going Friday...If you are going only Saturday, we can split the cost and I can leave everything there with someone for you. PM me if interested

Ok, I'm bringing the smoker and making pulled pork. 20-30 lbs probably. I'm bringing the pork and sauces. who wants to bring some sides (giant can of baked beans), cheaps, buns, etc? I figure everyone will be pretty much responsible for their own beer this time. the keg last time got painful to try and finish in a 24 hour span. I was so drunk saturday morning I didn't even want to watch the race also going to need some EZ up shelter type stuff in case it rains, folding tables, etc. mike a definite with the camper?
I'm picking up the rv tonight and driving it to work tomorrow. I am leaving work between 2 and 3 and should be set up by 4 or 4:30
I have 2 4'X4' tables and several chairs somewhere in my garage. Assuming they fit in the bugeye you guys can return them when the festivities are over.

hey Mike I cant seem to find it again but last night I read that the RV checkin time was changed to yesterday at 10:30 or something.
I already have a pass for the rv. Maybe that is the latest you can buy one? In past years we always have rolled in the Thursday afternoon.
at the AMA bike race in february there were still RVs rolling in on sunday. they aren't very strict at the gates, they dont check trunks either

im bringing a chair and my sleeping bag. id offer to bring food, but the fact i have no cooler and it have to sit the car from 6pm-2am when i get there is probly not a good thing. dont have much more room in my sister's CL, but let me know if there are any non-perishables i could contribute. (not getting there till 2am~ish friday night/ sat morning)

no time to read this entire thread but has propane been handled? I think I have a full tank at the house, I can also pick up a couple cases of water. Hope you boys wake up early, I don't see that 1/2 day of work tomorrow in my future.
I'm checking on the propane, but at this point, I'm going to say yes, we still need it. Having said that, I'm thinking the grill we have that uses it is a little tabletop/camping grill that uses the small bottles
I have both, the little ones have been in my garage for a decade, I hope they still work. I will leave the big one as I will be running out of room soon.
