I drove the scooby for the first time on all 4 cylinders today. I had a broken injector wire and a few other issues. I made a little video but couldn't find an SD card so I only had 17 seconds to play with. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0bHk20byec
I meant the last clip of me driving away. I couldn't find my SD card then. I pasted them all together in Windows Movie Maker.
you have a 2 mile gravel driveway?!?!? Can I come play? I promise to tread lightly. should have posted this video, as well... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3g6O_NWCnA&feature=channel and be honest next time...holy shit! :jerk:
mm hot car. even hotter driveway EDIT: is this the 4door widebody that was at lethal injection getting built?
Man I remember this thing on car domain, I was wondering if you were on here. I have been waiting for the finish of this car for a while and BTW awesome car.
Just a warning, one of the guys on here that lives on a gravel driveway had oil pickup failure and I suspect that the constant shaking from the driveway caused it. Oh sweet car as well
The stretch you see there is the smoothest section. Outside of that, no faster than 5 mph, really. Especially with that suspension.
I don't plan on doing any dyno runs any time soon. I've been exploring Hydra's closed loop autotune function and that has been really kicking ass. I don't care what anybody says, this Hydra thing is a monster.
what a sweet looking GC, congrats on the build the wheels and its stance/offset needs a bit more work to get the car into 'perfect', regardless it is badass
I like the wheels poking out some. I also like being able to loosen the coils a little to make a smoother ride without fear of slamming the fenders into the tires. I'm still not certain at this point which one will win. I do know that I need to figure it out soon so I can get everything adjusted properly and start throwing it around corners.
