Anybody here have a hook up that can get a 12 inch sub for my powered subwoofer? I just need the speaker part as I have the amp and enclosure.

I was hoping to find something local that doesn't require shipping.

I am getting tired of having to get everything shipped. I miss my brick and mortar stores :(

i wouldn't expect to find a local shoppe carrying bare drivers.

and I wouldn't use a car sub if I could help it....

Georgia Home Theater in Smyrna could probably help you out. They are right next to Best Buy.

Or Audio Atlanta, on Marietta Square. These guys are some of the best. $$$, but well worth it

  6. Radio Shack used to but I do not think anymore.Maybe Sound sensations in Marietta..?

Mike, talk to Dana...emperor666 on 4touge is a dealer for that stuff. Not sure what kind of deals he can get you, but it's worth a shot if you want to deal local.

turns out it wasn't the speaker that was bad. It was/is the amp that is the problem.

That is a good deal on a powered sub but $10 and a soldering iron should fix my issue.
