I was driving and suddenly my abs and airbag light came on, and then my battery started to fade, and now I'm stuck with my car at a gas station.. About 3 days ago I got a new battery replaced from Subaru. My car is stage 2 with a pro-tune.. What do you think the problem would be? tried jump starting my car but when i rev the car its like the power is fading and the air flow is not going threw the exhaust.. Is this due to the battery? i got gas right before it started happening, so could the gas make this happen? :eek3:

Well, water in the fuel would mean no refire at all.

Sound like the MAF could have died...but ABS/Airbag have nothing to do with that.

A grounding issue would cause those lights tho.

Check all grounds and try again. If fail, unplug MAF and try again. If fail...let us know.

I had a similar problem on a volvo that ended up being the alternator.

so thinking that it was my battery or alternator was all wrong.. i was looking inside my engine bay when I came across rat or mice droppings.. at first i was shocked that could even happen! so i started looking around more and saw that my alternator wire was chewed off! i got it towed to subaru and it also happens that the rat also got to my air conditioning compressor.. so that stinking critter cost me a grand of damage to my car!!! my luck right.. lol

could be a squirrel or some other small woodland creature. If it's squirrel, find it, kill it, cook it, and eat it. that's tasty shit right there!
