That warning should be up on NASIOC all the time.
I get attacked every time I say something on that site...
Oh wait... That warning isn't for the forum itself?

    Step 1, download Mozilla Firefox
Step 2, install the Adblock Plus add-on
Step 3, enjoy ad-free browsing on every site on the internet

There are a few other add-ons that address site trackers and the small percentage of ads that get through ABP if you're that paranoid.

hmmm....I still can't get in and I'm not completely secure in doing what he says.

I cant get in either, even with ABP, but with it I dont see any Google ads, or really any ads at all. I guess the site is just shut down since most users dont set up enough internet protection and they're the ones that will complain.

no, it's been working fine all day. I installed the ad blocker on my work computer...even at home without the ad blocker, it's working normally.
