Hey guy and gals, It is official. I am moving to Charlotte, NC for a job promotion. It's been a lot of fun over the last 8 years to be a part of the WRX community in Atlanta. I bought my WRX two months after moving here. Anyway, I've been grateful for the friendship and generosity of the members of this community. I'll still check in of course. Regards Patrick D'Auria

I'm glad it's upward movement and all but man it's gonna suck not having you at the meets and getting to talk with ya. I hope you meet some great ppl up there, but non will be as great as us.
Damn. Well, on the bright side NC isn't really that far away. You can always pop down, or just quit and move back here! Definitely though, good luck with the promotion and stay in touch.
thanks guys for the well wishes. WRX Atlanta people are the best group of car people Ive ever known. Although those SCCA guys and girls are pretty awesome too.

life is definitely going to be interesting over the next few months. I've looked online for places to live and i discovered three things 1. I don't want to live in the burbs 2. I don't want a 50 year old house 3. I don't want to buy a condo in a place that is half unfinished / sold The reality is that I don't have many other choices PLUS I have to consider where my wife *might* get a job and a neighborhood where she feels comfortable running and when I've out of town. :-/
