i think mine may be done and need some new pads, not sure which to go with hps/ axxis/ stoptech etc. i'd mostly be DDing my car but a few mountain runs here and there.
there's nothing more to think about...they work great for the street and should never fade under spirited driving. If you want to go bigger, you can look at Ferodo or Carbotech pads, but those are going to cost twice as much, if not more.
80% of braking is done with the front wheels. So put the stronger pads up front, and lighter pads in back.
forgot a good set of SS lines, maybe adjust the rod on the master cylinder as well, most overlooked mod when coming to brakes.
i've been auto-xing on stock replacements from autozone. they're not the best pads out there ($35 per axle for the life of the car), but they heat up quicker then a true racing pad. again, for auto-xing. track days are a different monster.
