i have a portable grill i would be willing to bring to meet up with you guys once you get down there.. doubt ill make it for the caravan tho. its a really small grill. ($20 from walmart) Also had a bunch of chairs i planned on bringing. I'll be heading up with some friends so i imagine we will pack alot of stuff in their cars too.
Ashley, Jen, Jason and myself will be there as well, but not till about 2 pm...We will bring hot dogs/buns/beer/wine/etc
Gates Open AT 10am...I'm thinking about heading up earlier than the caravan and picking out a prime location....more than likely the same spot we had 2 years ago...
I was going to try to get there right at 10am if possible...if not at 10, then before the caravan gets there. It would be awesome if we had a couple people come up before hand to 'reserve'. Especially after the crap we've gone through the past 2 years.

I would be down for getting there earlier as well. I don't think we had any problems setting up in the area we set up last year. I think they were trying to not people into that section when we got there, but when we told them that that is where we set up every year, they were cool with it and let us in. How about we move everything forward 30 minutes? That way we leave the Bass Pro Shop at 9:30, getting to Road Atlanta, right around 10, when the gates open.

I will be there I will bring that larger grill if needed that I brought last year, And some sodas for those of us who do not drink alcoholic beverages. I already have my tickets in hand just went up to the office and purchased them free parking too.

Correction I will be there both days. wont be able to make the caravan going to get there super early as I only live like 10min away. Where do you all want to setup everything.
