HP goal is 350WHP...Mike S has a set of top feed TGV deletes for a very nice price so that would be piece #1... ... stock STI rails (saw some 2005 STI rails for $50 (what year did they go top feed?)+ Injector Dynamics 1000cc? Other reliable options?

All you need is a set of WRX fuel rails or 2007+ STI\LGT fuel rails.

You are almost better off going with the sidefeed conversion ID sells for $650.

2006 was sidefeed, 2007 was topfeed.

You need tgvs, rails, injectors....that should be it

Yeah... I was thinking the T1 Titan Motorsports setup looks very good considering I can not find the injectors alone for less than $450 shipped, but since my bottom end is shot and everything will be apart it seemed to be a logical time to do TGV deletes (the mod that everyone knows is largely a waste of time... but since I'm there... LOL). My other concern is how much additional would I end up spending to plumb in the T1 rails?

I will say that if you go with the conversion, you can never use anything but Injector Dynamics Bosch injectors in their rail. No other top feed injector will fit. You are probably better off going with WRX or 07 Sti rails than their "conversion." Love their products, but just don't think that conversion kit is the right way of doing it.

BTW I have a set of wrx rails I could get you if you are looking to go that route, it would just need a FPR.

Why not just do DW sidefeed 850's?

because I can do top feed TGV deletes and 1000cc ID-1000's for only about $125 more. More injector (and arguably slightly better injector at the same time) PLUS get a ported TGV delete for not a whole lot more coin. Of course, it is a slippery slope but in combing threads there are some people (tuners included) that seem to be happier with the Bosch 1000's vs the DW850's. Of course the DW850s are a known qty and are pretty much the defacto std we have all come to accept in sidefeed application. Neither is a bad decision.

Also, I may be selling the car soon and TGV delete plus ID-1000 vs DW850 could be the difference for someone who would buy the car and do something like a 20G on E-85. $125 is cheap to buy some headroom.
