TopSpeed 04sti Build - Low boost tune 394hp 344tq

    Just finished up another build here at the shop. This car is making some serious power for such a low boost.

    Mods:

    TopSpeed SS1 shortblock
    TopSpeed SS1 heads
    GSC S2 cams
    TopSpeed custom 3.5" inlet
    Cobb APv2 Protune
    AMS V1 GT35r (tial .82 housing)
    Some 4 to 1 header

    Running 93oct, 16.5psi (wastegate), with 11.4 afr's and 20.5 peak timing @ 7k rpms

    Good grief.....the SS1 total package with GSC2 cams is such a winner.

    ugh those cams are nasty...this is why my build popped off the rev limiter the first month of me driving it - these builds pull all the way to the end

    Why the low boost? Is this a break in tune or something?

    Yes... fresh motor, had 0 miles on it when I put it on the dyno. :naughty:

    I want GSC cams! Whats with the low boost? My RR1 had 100 miles on it when we made 469whp at 21psi LOL!
    What's the difference between the RR1 and the SS1? PM if needed.
