Those charts are retarded. I would have to be 160# to be "normal". That is 20# less than I weigh now and I am very fit and workout almost every day.
i know..with a body fat percentage of 15% im almost obese..its funny when I created a wii character over a friends house last week my character was all pudgy..
same..I would have to lose about 20-25lbs to be on the normal/overweight line..I wonder if insurance companies use similar charts. I know they have been pushing all kinds of new health "requirements" lately like annual physical and an annual health assessment.
whats up chubz, shit then I am bordering on overweight and we know that is BS. Where do you fall princess?
Ha thats reason Ya see more truck drivers "walkin" the parkin lot lately When I was doing it other drivers looked at me like I was crazy parkin waay in the back so I would walk farther. Most company's nowadays wont hire your un less you have a bmi of 40 or less and if so They want to immeadiately put you on a sleep machine and test which comes out of your pocket!
