But a new member on here pjung1 "members beware" sounds like a scammer http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2025316
I'd like to see how someone can scam a local. especially when there is pertinent information on nasioc with his full name and city that he supposedly lives in
he tried to give MM a personal check for $800 for my wheels and they told him theres a wachovia down the street and come back with cash. he said but "i don't have that much in there"
1. Set-up a fake NASIOC registration 2. Ask if buyer will ship to Alaska (made up address, of course). 3. Pretend to haggle about the additional shipping charges this person will undoubtedly ask for. Maybe say you'll think about it a few days. 4. Send a fake money order for the POS turbo and extra freight. 5. Rest easy knowing you just helped karma along.
