Any one know how much a "FOLLOWING TO CLOSELY" 40-6-49(A) citation cost?

 

They give those? WTF, I would've bitched the car in front of me need the slow poke citation.

They give them out.....friend of mine got a following too closely citation and he didn't hit anyone. I think the law states here in SC 2 car lengths back but unless you are less than 1 car (being STUPID) they don't bother.

 

too bad that, or any other traffic laws, don't apply to the dipshit cops / govt vehicles that do 90mph everywhere and ride your ass until you move out of the way

What's a little worse is when you're following a police officer that's speeding and they slow down to under the speed limit...almost like they want you to get closer to their bumper. or maybe i'm paranoid

after I got rear-ended on a bike doing 80 mph, fuck you for following too close:grr:

 

About 4 years ago my brother got one following me too closely. Don't know why. I had a S2000 and his ride was a 04 STI. Cost him 1 point and some $. :rofl: But I had a reckless driving driving, hopefully cop didn't show up at court.!

 

My buddy has one here in Atlanta a few months ago and it was $65 and some points.
