Coming around a turn at about 2-3 mph, i clipped the curb
I am seriously anal and immediately thought about buying a new wheel after I saw the damage.
    Is this repairable?
If so, can you reccommend a shop and potential cost?
Do I have to worry about the exposed metal rusting at all?
Would I need another alignment (yet again, would be 3rd in the last 4 months)?

well you should be rotating the wheels/tires so it may take some time to even them out

Those are totally repairable. Wheel wizard off Peachtree Industrial does great work and has repaired many of my wheels in much worse condition. They will probably do a weld job on it and you can always spray paint it flat black versus them painting it... or I have a buddy who can powder coat it if need be...

i actually had mine repaired today by Joe at Accurate Alloy. excellent work.

in addition to the wheel in my initial post, i actually was a genius and eff'd both wheels on the drivers side hitting a curb at 20mph trying to avoid the mother of all potholes. all wheels look good now...like nothing ever happened. i'm def satisfied

I've dealt with Metro Wheels on several occasions and they have been great every time.

If that were my wheel, I would just buy a little tube of Duplicolor touch up paint and fill in the gouges with it. If you do that, chances are NOBODY will ever notice it was damaged. Only you will since you know that its there lol.

Must have an old iphone. Just checking but dont you drive a Subaru? Who cares about a little scuff like that. Throw some touch up paint on it and keep rolling bound to happen if you drive your car....

yea i do have a subaru....
i was actually fine with that scratch...until i eff'd 2 more wheels making it 3 total. after that, it was just too noticeable and had to get them repaired

Did you watch him fix it? He he simply sand and buff smooth or did they weld/fill the scuff and sand it smooth?

i pretty much sat there while he did it. i didnt consistently stare at him while he worked bc i know i hate that when ppl do it to me.
he sanded and buffed smooth, then painted.
i guess he's got the magic touch bc i honestly cant even tell the wheels were messed up to begin with.

Thanks for the explanation. Hard to tell in the pictures but were they gouged in pretty deep?

the 2 on the drivers side were pretty jacked up, not overly so though....i guess coming up on a curb at 20mph will do that to a wheel lol.

Slightly OT, but is Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists a chain/franchise? There's a similarly-named mobile business here in Knox.
