d-specs vs sti inverted struts

    which would you say is more of a hardcore set-up between the two? i remember driving a wrx with sti inverted struts and some nice set of springs and was very impressed so, besides the fact that the d-specs give you the adjustability, does it have any more advantages? thanks

    Dspec are probably more durable and it would probably be friendlier on gravel than the STI.

    Quality of valving is probably the largest difference, but its almost an apples to oranges comparison. You'd want to at least compare it to the STI adjustable struts IMO.

    i guess adjustability put aside, will the d-spec be stiffer at its full stiff compared to the sti inverted strut would be the question i should have asked

    Should be, yes. You can probably find rates somewhere on the web. I can provide the STi 4 way rates if you need them. Still have the manual downstairs somewhere ;)

    you`re always so helpful haha.. i think i`m pretty much set on getting the d-specs i cannot take the ride in my car anymore :)

    trust me i was VERY close but just didnt have enough money... whoever got that deal must be soo happy though


    but now that the car is paid off.. :naughty::naughty::naughty:
