    I bet this will be in the old brigade quartermasters location... only big empty building around there I can think of... but they were building something right at the corner there (where the old mexican joint used to be)

    i'm betting its the new location. $3.8million seems a lot to retrofit some existing building. could be wrong though (especially if the purchase price is included in that figure)
