I mean, if i'm forced to run an event for you one weekend, I guess i can squeeze that in my schedule pretty sure the results would vary, though
Not looking at a weekend dates since it's cost prohibitive and I know you are racing many of the weekends. As far as OLOA, because of my workload here it would kill me to leave the shop for nearly a week for a race event. I can swing a day or two, but anymore than that would be tough. At some point, I'l be able to step back a bit and do OLOA, for sure...just not this year. I've got dates and details for you....check your phone.
Ready when they are. It can happen during any Chin Motorsports Event at Road Atlanta. Already tentatively cleared it with management to allow us access to the track for the first 15 mins of the lunch hour.
We won't be participating the only person who has something to gain from a race between us and them is....them.
We will be happy to play the game with a similar ruleset to which we started the thread. There is no reason for Leh to run his street GTR at Road Atlanta vs Sharif. It doesn't benefit us or Leh in any way what so ever. If Sharif wants to bring out his Subaru and run me then thats just fine. Want to play....bring a subie, this is a subaru forum so.....

Meh forget the $3K builds. We already have two perfect cars. Ball's personal bugeye vs the Forged 2011 STi. They both have similar builds iirc.
Is yours running? I would imagine that Sharif will be bringing his to RA 6/18-19. Maybe it won't be "official" but we could get some pics or video of the shops running with each other. Siegel

Start another thread for that challenge. You guys are the ones that accepted the Forged/TS GT-R challenge and backed out. That's the topic of this discussion. I'm not the one backing out of anything.
Personally I don't care who is faster in a GTR. If we're not talking Subaru then use Mustangs or smartcars, because at that point I know I for one won't be interested.
Running you in a GTR doesn't do anything for us, when Leh beats you...and he will it will be because hes a pro. If he only beats you by one second because hes in a street car then people will be like wow look how fast Shariff is. So there is no point. If you want to run someone you can run me in a Subaru.

That is a great opinion. I wish you and and Doug iterated it before accepting the challenge. And I was not planning on using our race car GT-R. I was planning on using Ryan's daily driven 20K+ miles GT-R. Same car he drives to work each day.

Doesn't matter what GT-R Leh has nothing to prove. I think a Grand-Am championship cements it pretty well for him. If you want to run someone from this shop it will have to be me in a Subaru. Matt

There is no drama. Leh doesn't want to run the GT-R and I totally understand that. As a driver he has nothing to prove. If Sharif wants to run someone from our shop it will be me in a Subaru.
