So i haven't bothered to make a journal because i had done nothing much to the car. I signed the papers on Nov 11, 2010. Bought from Gary at SoG. Was deciding between the WRX, MS3, And civic Si :eek3: Always being a Subaru fan i (heavily) leaned towards the WRX but i knew the chances were slim because of insurance prices... Anyways, me and my dad decided to go check out the Subaru first in a spur-of-the-moment kind of deal, skipped dinner and went to SoG instead. Walked in to the showroom to see the WRB Impreza WRX sitting there. i immediately fell in love  and the rest is History. -All i have done to the car so far is= Invidia N1 Race cat-back, 20% all around tint, and full de-badge. but... That will be different now. As i mod the car i will try to post pics to keep track of the car as it comes along. I don't have any big ideas of exactly what i want out of this car so as of now, the Basic Plan i'm going to follow for is 1. Fix the rattles :grr: 2. Improve the Suspension/Handling. 3. Better brakes. 4. After getting the handling/braking characteristics to how i like, Stage 2(+/-) for power. 5. Who knows? bigger Turbo? So on to some pictures now! Credits to Crazyazn for that one Current Mods: 20% tint. (11/?/10) Invidia N1 Race cat-back exhaust. (11/?/10) Eibach 22mm Rear sway-bar (6/26/11) STi Group N Transmission Mount. (6/26/11) Kartboy Short throw shifter with front and rear bushings (6/26/11) Subaru All-weather floor mats (a Must) I really look forward to seeing my Journal progress as the car progresses as well
Kartboy Short Throw shifter/Bushing combo, STi Group-N Transmission mount, Eibach 22mm RSB are to come soon Edit* are IN
Those were actually on the list but due to lack of funds atm, i will be getting those later on with the FSB and endlinks. And NBS???
Got the Eibach 22mm RSB, Kartboy short throw shifter (W/ front/rear bushings), STi group-N transmission mounts in today! Feels like i bought a new car! Short throw shifter and bushings are a MUST. Making 90 degree turns at much faster speeds than i was able to before! Cant wait for more. i need moreeeee!
Nice. That car was so clean it looked to be a breeze to work on. (you might even be able to do some yourself next time =P ) Nice to meet you man, see ya around. Enjoy that beautiful machine! Sent from my Evo Shift using Tapatalk
The car only has 11k miles on it. New cars area always problem free to work on...or at least most of the time. Im glad you are enjoying the parts!
Picked up a set of front and rear Kartboy endlinks today! Thanks Shu!! These will be going on once I get a front sway bar.
Waiting for the BRZ :wavey: The dealership called and gave me an offer on the car that at the time couldnt refuse, so i let her go. Now that i look back on it, the 2011s are selling for MUCH more. :| I plan on getting another car by this summer so ill be shopping around then
