Need to have my amp serviced. I looked on their site, tried emailing a couple of time but they are italians, they don't care for americans with their leather, koniggsegg and ferraris.

How's their customer service there? Just curious on how they handle people.

What do you need/expect to be done? I can inquire and possibly assist in getting it serviced.

The red led safety light is on constantly. No output. Used a multi meter to test the voltage from the power and remote turn on. It gets at least 12 volts. Mind you all the speaker wires were disconnected while I was testing the power. The red led safety light was on the whole time. Fuse is still good. I even disconnected the power to the amp over night to see if it would clear/reset it. I bought it used from ebay less than a month ago. It worked and had great sound coming from it for about 5 min and then the red led came on. I'm still debating to either send this off for service or putting in a complaint report to ebay. It did work for about 5 min.

FYI, I had to reconnect my other amp and all the speakers work fine and are at the correct 4 ohm load.

Sounds like someone sold a bum amp....

Well, I contacted the seller and more than likely he'll respond with 7 day return policy crap and that it worked before he shipped it.
    His quote on ebay:
    "GUARANTEED TO WORK!"
It looks like the screws have been tampered with and opened up.

It's been over seven days, about 15 days or so but I didn't have a chance to hook it up till now.

I know paypal's policy is 45 days if it's not described.

Bought and AUDISON six channel for the wife's car.

I hate ebay sometimes. 60+ 100% feedback still don't mean jack sometimes. You get what you paid for, right?
