    6:40 is the picture time arrival...from what I've read, we're gonna try for the top deck, which is the target parking lot. Those not wanting pics taken can still park at the bottom of the deck. :)

    Oh check this out guys. Jeff was being a sicko last night.

    Jeff tried to FLASH Justin as he lured him to the side of his car. And this was Justin's first dinner meet!
    Luckily, Justin knew what was going to happen and looked away in the nick of time.

    Jeff is now dubbed the local flasher, along with the local drunk and chump!
