Evercoat, can be found at auto paint supply companies and some Carquest locations.

There use to be something we used at the body shop and I think it was called dura-bond? It was like a two part mixture and you had to have the gun and tips from this company. Made a permanent bond on any plastic and you could also sand it. It was black is all I can really remember. Go to an auto body supply store and ask them what to use. They will probably have something like it there.

For ABS.... bond the stuff back together.

    *hazard warning*
MEK can be purchased from Home Depot in the paint section (Acetone works, but MEK is quicker on both dissolve and harden)
ABS sheet material- dunno; got mine from McMaster Carr, but maybe a craft store.

MEK will "melt" ABS, so you can use it to bond the pieces back together and then bond the ABS sheet to it to reinforce.... or you can make an ABS sludge with melted ABS sheet in MEK. Spread and let harden by evaporation.

    Google ABS sludge for tips.

Hacked off my grille mesh just needed something to smooth it out.

Found a 3m Bumper repair kit at O'Reilly it is a epoxy/resin (black) sold in a syringe.First attempt looked pretty good, resprayed primer and noticed a few pinholes and scratches. One more coat should do it.

finished my grille thought id add a pic of the finished product. If anyone needs any plastic repair the stuff i purchased was cheap and easy to work with.

Looking good, what was the stuff called? I hacked my grill a while back and have been ever so slow at getting around to mess with it.
