    Today around 4:45 - 5.

    WRB
    Painted taillights
    exhaust
    rally armor mudflaps
    Wasn't Burch.

    Anyone on here?

    That might be my friend. Was the tint heavy? Gold BBS wheels?

    My friend's STi is WRB, heavy tint, has quad Invidia exhaust, RA Mudflaps, painted his tail lights, gold BBS's, and the red tape mod where his grille is.

    No specialty tag ;)

    possibly. I was behind the car at a work function so I didn't see the wheels..but the windows were pretty dark.

    No, this was in Midtown next to Piedmont Park
