Also noticed what looks like a weld mark on the plug....never noticed that before. Have you had trans work before (be it a fluid change or anything other than a clutch job)? Nevermind I went back and read where you said it was missing bolts and looks like prior work before you bought it. This sucks dude.
It was to replace it. I was able to get a transmission from andrewtech. The time to get a good 6 speed and install it would have taken to long, so it wasn't an option at this point.
Its being put in right now and should be ready to go by the end of the day. I'm back in GA right now so I'll have to drive up on sat to pick it up.
looks like shrimp.... and yeah i was pretty much in the same situation when my tranny went, but i regretted not being more patient and finding a good 6speed
I am leaving tomorrow morning to get it. They also found a hole in the wastegate signal line so they replaced it. Hopefully the car will feel stronger now that it was replaced.
