spreadsheet template?

I would like to assemble my repair records.

I don't really need a maintenance spreadsheet, I would like one suitable for general repairs. does anyone have something like that they use?

 

If you have an android phone, I use the app aCar by zonewalker It's very handy at keeping up with everything, even fillups, and providing you with reminders.

 

I use gas cubby on iPhone. You can use it for gas and "service" which you can pretty much customize into anything. Hope this helps

 

those are nice mobile thingies, but I'm looking for something i'll make paper out of later...

 

it's gotta option to sync and i believe export as well.
