    I finally got my first house. No drama mama here, but I am definitely excited to move out of apartments and have some freedom. :wtc:

    I def. can't wait for that day. But paying less for a house now than what I paid for the apartment, feels great.

    it is amazing! I went from having a 1075 rent on pos house to owning a nice house with land for 580 a month!
