Got an STi and threw the body Kit on it

    I have a water to air intercooler system that is getting installed this weekend, which has a front mount heat exchanger, so it will still look like an FMIC.

    Now I have to swap all the goodies off my WRX and throw them in this baby! I left the stock STi side skirts on the car per the reccomendations of the board from my last build.

    What were the recommendations? With such a lowhanging front bumper, the STi sideskirts are hardly noticeable, your car is begging for the chunky stock WRX sideskirts at the least.

    I agree, trade someone your STI skirts for wrx skirts and get them painted. I think it was the vented part of the other skirts that everyone complained about.

    everyoe said STi side skirts would look best on here... I may buy a set of WRX ones and paint em and try it out and put the stock STi skirts on the other car...

    or I may just customize these to look right... I have some ideas in mind... its funny the rear lines up perfectly, but the front doesnt...

    That's the INGS+1 Style front bumper. Had the same one.

    NOTHING looks better than the OEM front with STi corners and Limited front lip.

    And your rendition of what you want to do to the OEM front is freaking HIDEOUS.

    Hey it's my opinion and you have yours. Just being honest ;)

    It's your car and more power to ya if you like it. No hate just honest opinion. I had that bumper myself and at first I loved it....then hated it.

    I dont think adding onto the stock skirt will look bad if done professionally. The rendering he did he looks bad because it's a bad rendering that he said he did in PAINT, not PhotoShop.

    Are these body kits fiver glass?

    HTAuto's has a part coming out soon and it's made of ABS, not fiver. Whatever the hell that is...
