I think my next DIY mod is going to be blackening out the housing in the Headlights. But that will come after I install the coilovers this coming up weekend.
Getting some game plans together for the 100k mile tune-up/maintenance I will be doing. So far here is the list of things that I am going to work on. -Oil Change (Thinking about trying out that Rotella T6) -Timing Belt Change -New Radiator (Probably going with an STI radiator) -Valve Cover Gasket Replacement -Spark Plug/Wire Replacement -Transmission Fluid Flush If you guys have any suggestions on brands of parts or any sort of input, let me know.
Rotella or Amsoil Allpro is a good hook up on a good replacement AL radiator Rich or David @ Don Jackson Subaru (Union City) for belt, tensioner, VC gaskets, Super S trans fluid NGK plugs
BC Coilovers..... I installed them today. I think I might still need some input on the ride height. I will be posting the pictures of the install as soon as my brother sends them.
Looking good. Need to get those springs from you. Just curious where did you get the hood scoop from?
Here is the stance as of now.... These are some celly photos I took. Still waiting on the actual photos my brother took.... Let me know what you think. (I know the camber is rough in the rear) 0910011342 by G-WRX, on Flickr 0910011943 by G-WRX, on Flickr 0910011943a by G-WRX, on Flickr
I second this...just be sure you do it right the first time, AND don't let any animal hairs get stuck on the paint, and then sealed in.
Yes...yes..collective as I heard from wagunz_pwn that the same happened to him. Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
Did you see a red bug wagon outside of Griffin a month or so ago? I was driving with a black bug on 362. not sure if that was you or not....
yeah that was me. Nice wagon btw. Sorry I almost hit you while passing that car, didn't realize that you were gonna gun it as well lol. And for the dust of black smoke. Nice wagon btw. clean as hell. you aren't running a 2.0 are you?
Reminds me of my bugeye. Mine was blacked out, well as close as possible with midnight blue pearl, except on stock wheels, yellow fogs, and stock scoop.
Hahaha I kinda swung out a little early so its not your fault. My car has a stock internal usdm 2 liter. I think I had just started tuning it via the speed density/Group N rom so I was on lo-boost that day (only 18psi vs 22.5) so it was down some power over normal.... You over that way much?
Yeah my family lives in Williamson. 22 psi on a stock 2.0? please tell me that's not a TD04 you are running with that high of PSI.
Heavens no. lol In the dead of winter going for broke, maybe 21.5 with a td04. I'd run more but need a different map sensor as mine has reached its limit...
