so.. my coilovers are finally on its way but now I`m in a dilemma... do i get an alignment as soon as they go on the car or should i wait about 2-300 miles? I see mixed opinions on this matter...
do it immediately after install, most shops will do a realignment within 30 days to check specs... at least the good ones will
I took mine to Master Alignment on Buford Hwy in BUFORD, pretty good guys....I did mine right after the install, they also have 1 year warranty......ive took my car back twice and they realigned it....i just gave lame excuses....
the proper way to do suspension install is to lift the car back up shortly after install anyways to check for loose bolts, whack alignment. so ANY shop should do this. ASK, if they don't you would't want them aligning your car anyways. shops that regularly do custom alignments/race alignments are always a safe bet. they have more experience with coilovers anyways. not sure i'd want Pepboys/etc adjusting my $1500-$3000 suspension.
Allpro is taking care of me so i`m not worried about anything, but I was just wondering what the normal procedure would be like.
